The Westchester Surrogate court conference system was immediately accessed by one of two attorneys involved in an estate settlement, and dispute nurtured by that same attorney. This attorney being a Westchester attorney. Numerous court conferences were held (arranged by said Westchester attorney), (seemingly a darling to the court system), certain of them amounting to both no coherent and organized communication, and inaction; the few productive conferences resulted in fully executed Stipulations which were signed by the Surrogate Judge, however the constructs of which were never implemented by the estate attorneys. The attorneys followed their own agenda , totally negligent and blind to the stipulated tasks or requirements of the Judge. As if the Stipulations were non-existant and meaningless. Attorneys in the estate proceedings created their own agenda towards accumulating billing, and the court , despite its own stipulations, allowed the attorneys to create their own agenda, in violation of these stipulation agreements. Almost as if the Surrogate court was supporting "billing motives" above it's own jurisprudence. This fact together with numerous , unproductive conferences which furthered the billing schemes of attorneys. Conferences at a $1000 per, were scheduled erratically , to no consequence, and the minimal outcomes were not adhered to or implemented. When the court was questioned on this sequence of events, they merely relayed more expensive procedure and need for more petitioned conferences to challenge all the ineffectual conferences and those conferences to which the attorney did not adhere . Promises made by the Law department within the conferences, then stipulated in writing, were never honored, and statements contrary to signed stipulations were pressed forward by the court law department to align the court with attorney billing agenda. WHAT IS GOING ON HERE?
