The Case No. is 302,383, May T. Youngs. I am my mother's only next of kin, only child, only daughter, and we purchased a six-bedroom house on an acre of land in Houston, Texas in June 1966, a joint tenancy, and family homestead for her and for me as a single, divorced mother of five children -- reason for joining forces. Anyone should understand that and how it was in 1966 for women and unequal job access and low wages.
The bastards began their assault against her and me and our property in November 1988 when a guardainship, case 224,060, was unlawfully opened over my mother in violation of Texas Constitution, Article I, Sec 15a, procedural due process protection. There was NONE and I knew nothing of the guardianship until I was sued, 224,606-401 in September 1989. My mother was kidnapped, literally, and eventually became incapicated from memory loss and greater confusion than she had at time of the kidnapping, and after ten years of pure hell, during which I was under an order restraining me from visiting her at her prison from which her estate paid about $4,000 a month to Marriott Corporation's adult retirement community with personal care facility --- fancy name for nursing home, without any regulatory body over it! I was restrained when I reported to the court that she had gangrene on her toes that was not being treated. Eventually, she died of gangrene just prior to her 92nd birthday.
The scoundrel lawyers had looted some $200,000 out of her estate by means of the frivolous lawsuit to partition our family home, in which I was living at the time, as was my oldest daughter, her two sons, and even my ex-husband, who had Parkinson's. Eventually, they moved on and the two grandsons returned to live with me and one still does, now age 21 and a junior in college.
I went to lawschool and have been doing legal researh and writing since about 1984. Thank goodness for the knowledge and skill because I sure could not afford to hire another one of the bastards. Texas law provides that small estates (under $50,000) can be administered without legal assistance) which is what I was attempting to do when I paid the fee and filed to be temporary administrator. No will had yet been filed.
Then a 1975 will was filed into the case I had opened. I knew about the will and knew it had been revoked by a subsequent one signed in about 1983 or so. That will was allegedly stolen out of her safe deposit box in violation of law by the guardian in case 224,060. The 1975 will named a nephew, my first cousin, who is an Elder Law, attorney in Maryland. I am his godmother, being 14 years older. He is proceeding to probate a revoked will which is fraudulent on its face. He hired a Texas probate female reprobate crook to move forward to steal my homestead even though the Texas Probate Code, §270 and §271 prohibit partition of a homestead under Texas Constitution, Article 16, §§50,51,52. The market value of our acre lot is about $1,000,000 as a site for redevelopment of townhomes, about 8 to each acre, which is going on in our 36 acre subdivision called West Oaks No. 2. Immediately after my mother's death, her estate and I were sued in another frivolous and vexatious lawsuit by the two neighbors on either side of us, the intent being to force the sale of our lot to the same homebuilder that they had a contract with to sell theirs. There are boundary problems throughout the subdivision because the 1939 Plat had numerous mathematical errors on its face and our street was never paved, meaning no right-of-way boundaries are self evident by curb and gutter.
As it just so happens --- one neighbor, the Wilber T. Mendells (both now dead) are INSIDERS connected to the BUSH FAMILY DYNASTY network it being that W.T. was CEO or President of Robert Mosbacher Oil Company Division. Robert was the Secretary of State under king George the H.W. when he was President of the great U.S. which is no longer the land of liberty, as all of you on this site well know. George the H.W. and Barbara built their Houston home in West Oaks No. 1, which is just across the steet from the entrance to No.2, North Wynden And South Wynden Drives -- a horseshoe street! The neighbor on the other side went to Yale as did one of his two daughters that my oldest of four daughters babysat for years ago on occassion. This daughter of Carolyn and Bryan Wimberly (lead plaintiffs in Cause 98-55731), is a Yale law school graduate and went to work for Andrews & Kurth, the Republican stronghold which got Edith Jones appointed to the U.S. fifth Circuit Court of Appeals under Reagan. This is the powerbase behind the twelve year assault against me personally and illegal custody of my homestead.
The horrendous repetitive stress imposed on me had taken its toll in that I have recently been diagnosed with the Lupus-like fatal disease of Scleroderma. (HOPE lies under a drug Relaxin under double-bind research out of UMDNJ (New Jersey) and, if the Lord is willing, I may find a way to get on Relaxin before it is too late. Meantime, I'm still fighting from a wheelchair (lost both hips too) and telling my story in a book I'm writing about the group of victims of organized crime in our courts (bankruptcy and probate in particular, same systems) called NETWORK FOR JUSTICE.
I lobbied the Texas legislature in 1990 (HALT was there and sold us out) to sunset the Texas State Bar Act. This FIRST AMENDMENT activity has caused me to be BANISHED from the federal appeals court and district courts in Texas, Louisiana and Mississippi (see http://www.ca5.uscourts.gov, docket no. 95-20256). Then the Harris County Attorney had a GEORGE the W district judge appointee, David Medina, find me a "vexatious litigant" and he banished me from all courts in Texas. You bet, Texas Hangs 'em High, officially under unconstituitonal laws that dictator GEORGE the W signed into law. The local Republican cappo, George Bishop (now in federal pen for income tax evasion) succeeded by present Harris County Republican Chairman, Gary Polland, are the ones responsible for the judicial selections made by GEORGE the W, who as governor, had power under Texas Constitution, Article V, Section 11 to "name persons learned in the law" to sit in special court when all level courts have been recuse, which I did in 1995 over the first vexatious lawsuit to partition our family occupied, debt free, homestead. I ran up against the GREAT STONE WALL in petitions to GEORGE the W to do his duty under this law. He must not become president because of his demonstrated record of not doing his duty and the demonstrated records of several of his judicial appointees --- much more to write on this other than my cases.
One SOLUTION to this corrupt judiciary will be forthcoming in my book, it being what NETWORK FOR JUSTICE proposed in 1990 to the Sunset Commission and to every legislature since then except the last one because of my inability to get to Austin.
