Tell Your Story:
Dear Sirs
My name is Sulltana Ramadani (maiden Name Sulltana Duro).
Known also as Tano Duro in the Testament.I was borne on 25 March 1933 in Korce, Albania. Now I live in Tirana. I had a sister Adivie Jonus (maiden name Adivie Duro) borne 16 October 1908 in Korce, Albania. In 1910 Mr Myslim Jonus immigrated to the United States of America. In 1930 he visited Albania where he met and proposed on Adivie Duro.
Together they left Albania and went to live in America where they got married.
The information I have about Myslim Jonus is:
SSN 056-28-3063 Residence:Kings County Brooklyn Ny 11221
Born 15 March 1887 in Korce Albania
Died October 1966 in New York.
Mr and Mrs Jonus had established few small businesses.
They succeeded so the Jonus became a very wealthy couple. In 1965 their savings were approximately $40 million. 10 December 1965 Mr and Mrs Jonus went to the law office of Bianco & Bianco 66-24 Fresh Pond Rd. Ridgewood, New York (Queens County) to make their Last Will & Testament in front of Mr William F. Bianco. In the will they had mentioned that after their death they live all their money and properties to Mrs Jonus's four sisters.
And they left Mr William F.Bianco as an executor.
October 1966 Mr Jonus deceased in New York leaving all his money and property to his wife.
In 1968 Mrs Jonus paid the taxes and returned to Korce Albania. She informed her sisters about her wealth and the will she left in New York. Staying in Albania she used to receive an interest of (Four hundred thousand US Dollars every 3 months paid by cheque) from her savings in New York and she deposited this money in the State Bank of Korce, Albania.
21 September 1971 Mrs Jonus deceased in Korce, Albania.
After Mrs Jonus's death all her inheritance documentation was left in her sister's (Zaro Duro) house.I went to Zaro Duro's house to obtain the will made by Mrs Jonus in New York, Zaro Duro denied an existence of the will made by Mrs Jonus in New York. Instead, she produced another will claiming that Mrs Jonus made it on 14 June 1971 in Korce, Albania. This Will says Mrs Jonus left all her money and properties in Albania and America to 7 relatives and to her 4 sisters. Zaro Duro advised me to take this will to the court in Korca to ask the court to exclude 7 relatives so only 4 sister would inherit everything left by Mrs Jonus in equal share.
20 November 1971 the Civil Court in Korce, Albania had decided to exclude 7 relatives so only 4 sisters (Naghije Xhemali, Nadire Male, Zaro Musta and I Sulltana Ramadani)would inherit all Mrs Jonus's money, properties etc. in Albania and America in equal share.
In 1972 all the year through I was receving a monthly paiment 10 thousand Albanian leke equvilent to $100 dollar from the State Bank of Albania in Tirana.
In 1973 the Bank stopped monthly payment explaining that there was no more money left from Mrs Jonus in Albania. The Bank and court in Albania informed us that money from America was to be transferred so I had to wait.
May 1973 I received a cheque $6.036(six thousand and thirty six) from Chasse Manhattan Bank New York. The Bank in Tirana, Albania confirmed me that this is my share from all the money left by Mrs Jonus in America.
Since than untill today I have been asking the Court, the Bank and the Albanian government in Albania for the rest of Mrs Jonus money in Albania and America. I was told that the money I and my other sisters had received was the only money left by Mrs Jonus.
Please note: I have discovered that, the Albanian Government were interested in Mrs Jonus's money so in conspiracy with my sister Zaro Musta they stole Mrs Jonus's signature and a forged will No 856 14 June 1971 was made in Korca, Albania. The forged will mentions that Adivie Jonus excludes her four sisters and leaves all her money and properties to Xhovi Kurtezi (Zaro Musta's grandson). After the death of Adivie Jonus the Albanian government were interested in money transaction from America to Albania. That is why they wanted the forged will to be declared valid by Kings County surrogate's Court in new York. In 1972 Kings County Surrogate's Court had decided that the Will left in 1965 in New York was not valid and the Will left 1971 in Albania was valid. In 1972 the Albanian government had corrupted Mr William Bianko and other members of Kings County Surrogate's Court. My signature was stolen as well. There is a file in the Civil Court Korca , Albania made behind the closed doors which excludes all four sisters and makes Xhovi Kurtezi the only beneficiary of Mrs Adivie Jonus's Estate.
Dear Sirs,
My sister was a very wealthy person; she paid her taxes to the New York state. As I have mentioned I have inherited a sum of money, however I have never had a fotocopy of the original Will and Court decision made in America or Albania. Could you, please, help me to obtain a fotocopy of Kings County Court's decision about Adivie Jonus's Estate and the origional Will left by Mr and Mrs Jonus 10 December 1965 in the Low Office of Bianco & Bianco 66-24 Fresh Pond Rd. Ridgewood, Queens County, New York.
