Tell Your Story: my uncle passed away in new york domisiled in ny and his house was in new york except for 1,000 square feet of property in conn there was suppose to be a ancillary hearing in conn but the judge refuses to except the documents that have the new york seal on them he wants the original will to be re-probated . I am unable to claim title to this property because of this judge when i went to him about this he told me he didn't care that I would be homeless if this was not taken care of . I have contacted every goverment offical and no one will help me . I have hired lawyers and they are unable to do anything because of this judge . These lawyers have all said that they have never seen anything like this in all thier years of practice
