Tell Your Story: I am the oldest daughter of Sam Di Francesca who died July 31st, 2001. By the 11th the personal representative was getting the money from an insurance policy. She heirs attorneys in Scottsdale not to protect the estate but to protect her and her theft. These attorneys and the personal rep what almost a third of the estate now and nothing has been done with any honesty..raping the inheritance. The commissioner I have now had to file for her removal, contempt on the personal rep and attorneys because the commissioner refused to read my files ( claimed she never got them....four of them with all clerks signatures ?) and never gave me minute entries, times or court hearings and assist in a felony by contributing to mail and phone fraud and allowing the attorneys and rep to threaten the heirs to sign papers under harrassment and duress by phone and letters. It is a matter of having no support and no attorney to trust anyway.

Tell Your Story: I can not find any help..any attorneys, the estate attorney will not give up the inheritance, the personal representive wrote my sister and I threat letters which are a felony of mail fraud........the commissioner claimed to "not see " any of my filings every single time we had court, ( four she made vanish) but the clerks of the court say they gave then to her and the judge refused us to dismiss her on the case.they are fee breeding and the courts have legally particpated in this perpetration and felony....they also will not allow the hearings to end even though my younger sister has cancer and can not handle the stress anymore......we need some help to stop this

It is now June of 2003 and I am writing more on my dad estate issues.I have since found many others across the country with stories like mine. I found an article on probate in MARICOPA COUNTY, AZ. by Paul Rubin of the NewTimes Newspaper who wrote about these abuses and I am trying to get him to response to me about my case. I have had two commissioners, one pro tem ( a personal injury attorney..) and one judge........no one elected by the people. Since I first wrote you in SEPT. 2002 these attorneys have taken another $30,000 for doing nothing. The courts are playing this out until they bleed us dry of all our inheritance in which I believe they already spent and the courts are working on making the lies work for them to cover this. I asked for a bond and they refused. I also asked out loud in court three different times if they spend the money and got no answer. I asked for a partical distribution and was told by the estate attorneys in court , "no, you will just use the money to get an attorney to defend yourself",,,is this not extortion ? I hope someone out there is listening I can not imagine with all the snowbirds and transiants and immigrants in Arizona that this is not a money making business remembering probate also does "mental health". I want my inheritance now. It has already gone from their claim of $120 thousand to $43,000. The personal representative is still under oath of obligation and yet has refused any contact with the heirs for more then one year now as is the same with the estate attorneys.........this is an oathed duty in violation just as the threat letters and calls they made to us prior to this. The pro tem actually wrote an order and this was three months ago.........still no inheritance or minute entries. This is another issue. The courts refuse to record hearing and they also fraudulantly write the minute entries removing anything the attorneys or judge says wrong or out of order.......any ideas out there ?????? do you know anyone in Arizona to contact ?
