Commission on Fiduciary Appointments

Deadlines for input to the Special Inspector General and the Commission on Fiduciary Appointments have been extended to the end of January. If you have been victimized by a court-appointed fiduciary, send your complaints to both agencies. SIG Spatz' office is manned by former prosecutors. If they see criminality in your complaints, they claim they will forward them to the appropriate law enforcement authorities. Additionally, recommendations should be sent to Sheila Birnbaum, Chair, Commission on Fiduciary Appointments.
